«Fresh Production» is shooting «A Cereal Day» drama
«Fresh Production» movie making company has began shooting of a full-length television drama «A Cereal Day».
The film is directed by Maksim Mekheda («Harp for My Beloved Women», «Under Mysterious Circumstances»), script by Nikolai Snitsar.
According to the plot the events are happening in a deserted village and the nearby town. Former front-line soldier living in the village is in search for money to help his fellow villagers – victims of a fraud – to survive until the end of the month. Circumstances he faces not only change his life but also influence the destinies of people he never knew.
The shooting will take place in Kiev and Kiev region from 6 through 29 May.
The cast are Mikhail Zhygalov, Georgiy Shtil, Anatolii Koteniov, Olga Oleksii, Lina Budnik, Nina Antonova, Nataliya Dolia, Lesia Samayeva, Viktor Saraikin.
The producers are Julia Cherniavskaya and Oleg Scherbina.
It is planned to launch the film on the leading Ukrainian and Russia channels.
