Lieutenant Alexei Sirota begins his career in Police Department substituting the killed captain Aleksandr Kotin. His first case is to investigate the death of a man and a woman who were burnt-out inside a car not far from a cemetery. He is also investigating a case of a robbery the suspects of which helps him to find out what caused fire in the car. But everything becomes more and more enigmatic.
