The police officer Aleksey Sirota is investigating a death of a stranger who drank a big dose of poison mixed with alcohol and than died at a hospital. Having compared this death with a number of similar cases, the officer comes to the conclusion that there is a lady in the town who robs transit passengers. At the same time a lot of circumstances indicate that those are not robbery cases but premeditated murders.
