The famous German film company “Ma.ja.de” connected to “Ursus” creating.
In the beginning of 2012 German film company “Ma.ja.de” connected to “Ursus” film production. The company is a big documentary and feature films producer, took many awards on international film festivals, and also shows themselves worthy in distribution all over the world.
Ma.ja.de. is one of the few German production companies to make documentaries and feature films that, for years, now have won international film festival awards and proved themselves worthy of cinema acclaim and worldwide sales. Since 1991 the company has been involved in a number of successful collaborations with many renowned directors from both Germany and abroad. They include Sergei Loznitsa, Pirjo Honkassalo, Vitalij Manskij, Hartmut Bitomsky, Viktor Kossakovsky and Thomas Heise, who are among their respective countries most famous filmmakers.
The films “My joy”, “Кhadak”, “Vivan Las Antipodas” took part in the main contest of Venice end Cannes Film festivals.
In the present time film “Ursus” is a Ukrainian-Georgian-German coproduction.
